• a master bedroom upstairs with a double bed;
• a second bedroom with a double bed;
• a third bedroom with a trundle bed;
• two functional bathrooms;
• a dining area with table and chairs;
• and a living room to relax after a day of sightseeing.

The house is bright and comfortable, and fully air-conditioned. The kitchen is very well equipped.

The garden features a front terrace and a rear terrace, allowing you to enjoy both sun and shade throughout the day.

Golf enthusiasts will be delighted, as the golf course is nearby, and for boating lovers, the port is also just a short distance away.

For your comfort, you will have access to: Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, fan, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso and filter coffee machines, parking space in the driveway etc.

Mandelieu-la-Napoule is a French commune, located in the Alpes-Maritimes department in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region. The commune's name derives from the merger of Mandelieu and La Napoule in 1836. Its inhabitants are called Mandolociens and Napoulois. Just a few minutes from Cannes and numerous beaches.
