Located on the 2nd floor without elevator, this bright and spacious studio is close to all sites and amenities of the center of Annecy, which facilitates the planning of your visits. Completely renovated, it includes an entrance with many storage and a large living room including:
- a kitchen with dining area;
- a living room with a sofa bed;
- a sleeping area with a bed of 140 cm;
- a shower room and toilet.

You will particularly appreciate its brightness and calm after a day of discovery.

Everything you need to have a great stay is at your disposal, including: Wifi, Hairdryer, TV, Washing machine, Coffee filter machine, Refrigerator, Microwave, Oven, etc.
Please note that bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.

For your daily errands, a supermarket "MONOPRIX" is just 4 minutes walk.

During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the must-see sites that make the city famous, such as:
- the Musée-Château d'Annecy 3 minutes walk;
- Quai Napoléon 6 minutes away;
