This apartment is equipped with every comfort!

Located on the 1st floor with elevator, it includes:
- a room with a double bed;
- a room with two single beds;
- a functional bathroom;
- a fully equipped kitchen with dining area;
- a living room with a convertible sofa.

You will particularly appreciate its practicality and calm.

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Parking, Wifi, TV, Iron, Hair dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.
Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.

There are several hiking, trail and mountain biking trails starting from the residence.

Furthermore, the accommodation is ideally located 200 m from the cable car to go up to the ski resort or to the Bettex in winter or summer.
Its geographical location will also allow you to quickly visit Megeve (10 km), Chamonix (30 km), Annecy (60 km) or take a trip to Switzerland or Italy.

The city center is 10 minutes' walk away. The market is held every Thursday morning.

The Fayet thermal baths are free of charge thanks to the wastewater elevator. If you want to get to the eagle's nest, take the tram from Gare de Saint-Gervais-les-Bains.

Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.
