Important Information: The apartment is located in an area currently undergoing development, with a building under construction directly in front of the property. Work is carried out during the day and may cause slight noise disturbance, especially when on the balcony. However, with the windows closed, no noise is noticeable inside the apartment. Major construction work is expected to be completed within a year, with the building’s final delivery estimated in about two years.

Emplacement

Briançon is considered the highest city in France (1,326 m), little corner of paradise where there's always something to do for everyone. This town of art and history, fortified by Vauban in the 18th century, is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Briançon boasts a remarkable array of military works, built between the 18th and 20th centuries to improve the town's defense system.
