Just a stone’s throw from the famous Montmartre district, this accommodation—nestled in a lively and cosmopolitan neighborhood—offers the perfect base for exploring the Sacré-Cœur, the picturesque streets of the Abbesses, the vibrant Rue des Martyrs, and the lively atmosphere of Place Pigalle.

Designed to accommodate up to 2 guests, this studio combines comfort and functionality. It features a sleeping area with a double bed, a cozy living space with a sofa, a practical bathroom, and all the essentials for your stay: coffee machine, oven, microwave, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, and more.

Ideally connected by public transport, the apartment allows you to easily reach Paris’s main attractions. The neighborhood, both authentic and lively, is full of shops, cafés, and restaurants loved by locals.

Professional cleaning is carried out before each arrival and after each departure to ensure a peaceful and worry-free stay.

Emplacement

The 18th arrondissement is in the north of Paris and includes the districts of La Goutte d'Or and Montmartre. Montmartre is one of the highest mounds in Paris and the view of the summit is amazing. Montmartre became the neighborhood of many artists like Picasso, Dali, Duchamp, Toulouse-Lautrec and many others. The 18th arrondissement is therefore very contrasted, integrating ethnic blocks with a bourgeois sector or the opposite. Boulevard de Clichy, near Place Pigalle, has many nice cafes and bars, giving the neighborhood a great dynamism and respectability.
