- a mezzanine (1.30 m high attic) with a 140x190 double bed and a 70x190 single bed;
- a functional bathroom with shower;
- a fully-equipped fitted kitchen;
- a living room with a sofa bed 140 x 190 for 2 people;
- a covered terrace with a table, 5 chairs, a shade sail and an adjustable sunshade.

You'll particularly appreciate its practicality and comfort.

During your stay, you'll have access to: Private parking, Tennis court, Bike room, Television, Iron, Hair dryer, Fan, Dishwasher, Electric barbecue, Induction hob, Extractor hood, Refrigerator, Microwave, Oven, Senseo coffee machine, etc. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

Emplacement

Moliets is a French commune located in the department of Landes, in New Aquitaine. It is a typical village, festive and lively throughout the year which offers many different activities; between sea and forest, you can discover the natural reserve of Courant d'Huchet nicknamed "the Landes Amazon" or enjoy its beach, a must for surfing, sunbathing and eating an ice cream. The city is full of charm and offers many typical markets, installed in the middle of its picturesque and traditional streets.
