The apartment's location is ideal for visiting Paris on foot (central Paris is a 15-minute walk via the Grands Boulevards).

The “Brasserie Bellanger” is recommended for its romantic, picturesque ambience, with terrace tables serving homemade local dishes and desserts, as well as wine (at the foot of the building).

Emplacement

The 9th arrondissement of Paris is a rather pleasant area to visit and to live. Shopping and leisure district, if it is a little less frequented than the Halles, thanks to a more mature and diversified population.
