Located on the ground floor of a former commercial space, this loft is spread over two levels:

Ground floor

A cozy living room with a sofa bed (sleeps two) and a dining area or workspace.
Two bedrooms:
The Eiffel Tower bedroom, inspired by the iconic monument, with bright, graphic decor.
The Playful bedroom, designed for children, with bunk beds and hanging clouds for a magical touch.

In the basement

A relaxation area with a TV lounge and single bed.
A fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher).
A dining area, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
Glass tiles subtly diffuse natural light, creating an intimate and soothing atmosphere.

The 18th arrondissement is in the north of Paris and includes the districts of La Goutte d'Or and Montmartre. Montmartre is one of the highest mounds in Paris and the view of the summit is amazing. Montmartre became the neighborhood of many artists like Picasso, Dali, Duchamp, Toulouse-Lautrec and many others. The 18th arrondissement is therefore very contrasted, integrating ethnic blocks with a bourgeois sector or the opposite. Boulevard de Clichy, near Place Pigalle, has many nice cafes and bars, giving the neighborhood a great dynamism and respectability.
