Discover this elegant duplex located in the heart of the Marais, in a 17th century hotel, formerly inhabited by the writer Scarron and Madame de Maintenon.

This spacious accommodation includes:
- a room with a double bed of 160x200;
- and a second bedroom with a double bed of 140x200, perfect to comfortably accommodate up to four people.

You will have two functional bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a lounge area ideal for relaxing after a day of exploration.

You will particularly appreciate the practicality and calm of this space.

During your stay, you will have at your disposal numerous equipments such as a washing machine, a dryer, an iron, a hair dryer, a dishwasher and a microwave. Please note that there is no wifi in the accommodation, but pets are welcome.
