Located on the 2nd floor without elevator, this bright apartment offers you a magnificent view of the channel. It consists of a comfortable room with a double bed size 140 x 190, and a sleeping area with a single bed size 90 x 190. You will also find a cozy living room with a sofa bed size 140 x 200, perfect for up to five people.

The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare your meals with ease, while the functional shower room adds to the practicality of this accommodation. You will appreciate the brightness of the spaces and the comfort they offer.

Everything you need for a great stay is at your disposal, including an Airfryer, kettle, toaster, ceramic hob, hair dryer, TV, coffee machine, fridge and microwave. Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee, so you won’t have to worry about this.

Please note that there is no Wi-Fi in the accommodation, but you can enjoy access to a parking lot during your stay.

The apartment enjoys an ideal location. You will be close to the port, just a 2-minute walk from shops, and 8 minutes from the beach. For your daily shopping, a supermarket "SPAR Vincy Distribution" is only 11 minutes walk away.
