It has three welcoming bedrooms: one with a double bed size 160 x 200, a second also with a double bed of 160 x 200, and a third room equipped with two single beds size 90 x 190.

The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious meals, which you can enjoy in the friendly dining area. After a busy day, relax in the cozy lounge.

Also enjoy the private pool, open from June to September, perfect for moments of relaxation in nature, as well as the garden and terrace to get some fresh air. A summer bar is also at your disposal for your aperitifs.

Bordered by the Atlantic Ocean on the southern coast of Landes, near this magnificent sandy beach at the edge of the dunes where you can practice swimming, surfing, fishing, Moliets-et-Maa is basking not far from the ponds of Moliets, La Prade, Léon and Soustons.

Around: the largest and most fabulous forest in the southwest.

The region enjoys a privileged location at the gates of the Basque Country, Spain and the Pyrenees, thanks to its exceptional natural environment with, in particular the nature reserve of Courant d'Huchet, its unique terroir and its firmly rooted traditions.

On the way to Santiago de Compostela, Moliets offers a variety of leisure and discoveries for the happiness of each.

For athletes, many choices especially in water activities - surfing, kitesurfing, bodyboarding, canoeing, sailing on the lake of Léon -, but also golf on the famous golf of Moliets, tennis, quad biking, surfcasting... You will find many hiking trails that will reveal all the beauty of Aquitaine.

And then there is the Courant d'Huchet, a narrow watercourse where only a few boats can flow, and which connects for eight kilometers, the pond of Léon located less than two kilometers from Moliets, to the Atlantic Ocean. The current slips and winds between the green dunes at the beginning, then of sand arriving on Moliets, it crosses a bird sanctuary, the maritime pine forest, the marshes, the bogs...
