- 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm) each, which can be joined together to form a double bed if necessary;
- 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds (180 x 200 cm) per room;
The master bedroom also has a balcony offering a panoramic view of Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi, as well as a desk.
The other two bedrooms also have a desk, perfect for working or studying remotely.
The living room is bright and spacious, with a double-sided fireplace, a comfortable seating area and a TV lounge with Netflix and a DVD player.
The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen includes a kitchen bar with a Nespresso machine, oven, hob, dishwasher, and a fondue and raclette set.
A hairdryer, washing machine, tumble dryer and iron are available. In addition, a Bluetooth speaker is at your disposal for listening to music while preparing meals.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The neighbourhood is quiet and private, ideal for relaxing after a day of hiking, skiing or mountain activities. The centre of Chamonix is a 1 km walk away, the Aiguille du Midi cable car is 1.3 km away, and the Brévent/Plan Praz cable cars are only 600 m away. These distances make it easy to enjoy the slopes, trails and local attractions.
You will also receive a transport card for free travel on the internal train service between Servoz and Vallorcine and reduced fares on the Chamonix Bus urban shuttle services (except Chamo'nuit Bus).
