Logement

The accommodation has one bathroom and can accommodate up to 4 guests. It includes a mountain corner with one bunk bed and a 140 cm sofa bed.

It is ideally located close to the chairlift, 350 m away, and to Pré-Long, where you will find shops and bars, just 200 m away. The ski school is 300 m away, and ski rental is available directly across the street at Sport 2000.

Parking is easy at the foot of the building, in the street, or at the car park near the climbing wall.

The neighbourhood:
Ski lift and ski passes: Casse du Bœuf, 200 m away. Crêperie and ski rental shops are opposite the accommodation. Other restaurants, shops and a small supermarket are located 200 m away in Pré-Long. The swimming pool is a 5-minute walk away.

The accommodation:
Two double bunk beds (140x190), a large living room with a kitchen and central island, 43-inch TV with TNT channels, two electric heaters, one radiator, one fan heater, two induction hobs, oven and microwave, dishwasher, plenty of storage, and a well-designed layout.

There is a large bay window opening onto a spacious balcony/small terrace overlooking the garden, with a beautiful view of the trees on the slope side. You can see the mountains, while enjoying a quiet environment with no ski lift noise and no cars.

Shuttle stop 200 m away. Briançon is 9 km away, Briançon train station is 10 km away, and Montgenèvre is 21 km away.
