Discover this beautiful 38 m² ground-floor apartment in Paris’s 14th arrondissement, perfect for an inspiring and comfortable stay. Its refined design and warm atmosphere are enhanced by unique touches, such as a SAMICK piano and a statue of a Native American, which give it real character.

The apartment (sleeps up to 4 guests):

Sleeping arrangements: One bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a living room with a sofa bed (140x200). ⚠️ The apartment faces the street, we recommend bringing earplugs for light sleepers.
Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, Nespresso machine, combination oven (microwave/conventional oven), and everything you need for cooking.
Living area: An air-conditioned living room, perfect for relaxing (TV, high-speed Wi-Fi ideal for remote work) or playing a tune on the piano.
Bathroom: Shower with integrated toilet.

⚠️ Please note before booking: The window facing the street is fixed and does not open, so the living room does not have a window that opens to the outside. Although the apartment is equipped with portable air conditioners, it easily retains heat during the summer months.

Emplacement

The 14th arrondissement is a large residential area, but includes some of Paris' most famous attractions. The 14tht is the montparnasse tower, the station and the Montparnasse cemetery. The Catacombs, the cheerful Denfert-Rochereau, the Rue Daguerre, its cafés and small shops will remind you of Rue Montorgueil in the 3rd arrondissement. There is also the Cité Universitaire, the Porte d'Orléans district and Parc Montsouris.
