This beautiful house in Moliets-et-Maâ is ideal for a holiday with family or friends. It can accommodate up to 6 guests and is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by Landes pine trees.

You'll particularly appreciate its pleasant little garden at the back, its shaded terrace perfect for afternoons, and its interior which stays cool even in hot weather.

The master bedroom has a 160x180 cm double bed for comfortable nights. A second bedroom has a bunk bed with two 90x190 cm beds, ideal for children. The living room can be converted into a sleeping area thanks to a 140x204 cm sofa bed, providing a convenient extra bed.

Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The house has a bathroom. The kitchen is functional and equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, and filter coffee maker. A washing machine is also available, a real bonus for longer stays. You will also find a hairdryer. Please note: the accommodation does not have Wi-Fi.

Pets are not allowed.

Outside, you can enjoy a pleasant shaded terrace, a private garden at the rear of the house, and a barbecue for al fresco dining.

The residence offers a shared swimming pool, open from June 15th to September 15th, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. An ideal place to cool off and relax during your stay.

Private parking is available with a space located directly in front of the house for added comfort and convenience.

Located near the beaches of Moliets and their surf spots, the house enjoys a prime location. You can take advantage of the surrounding forest for bike rides, discover the typical Landes villages and their local produce markets, all within a protected natural environment.

Moliets is a French commune located in the department of Landes, in New Aquitaine. It is a typical village, festive and lively throughout the year which offers many different activities; between sea and forest, you can discover the natural reserve of Courant d'Huchet nicknamed "the Landes Amazon" or enjoy its beach, a must for surfing, sunbathing and eating an ice cream. The city is full of charm and offers many typical markets, installed in the middle of its picturesque and traditional streets.

The property is primarily accessible by car. The nearest train station is Dax, about a 40-minute drive away, with connections to major cities. Biarritz Airport is approximately an hour's drive away. Bus services also operate in the area during the tourist season, making it easy to travel to the beaches and neighboring towns.
