Completely renovated, this studio has been designed to offer you optimal comfort in a compact space. Its living area opens onto a balcony offering breathtaking, unobstructed views of the majestic Mont Blanc massif. This cozy and functional studio is ideal for 2 to 3 people and can accommodate up to 4 people (particularly a couple with two children).

It consists of: A well-designed entryway with a large storage closet. A bright living area opening onto the furnished balcony facing the Mont Blanc massif. It is equipped with a 160 cm sofa bed (to ensure absolute comfort for our guests, it will be replaced with a new model in November 2026). A living area with a modern, fully equipped kitchenette: refrigerator with freezer, 2-burner induction cooktop, conventional oven, microwave, range hood, raclette machine, and the indispensable Nespresso coffee maker for your mornings with a view of the peaks. A private sleeping area (cabin with a window) equipped with bunk beds (2 comfortable sleeping spaces measuring 90 x 190 cm), ideal for children.

Right in the heart of Chamonix, in a quiet, unspoiled setting with access to the residence’s green spaces. At the foot of the Savoy ski slopes, with access to the Brévent cable car (Planpraz–La Flégère ski area) and the paragliding landing area.
The apartment is located directly across from the ski school (ESF). Close to hiking trails, the sports center (5 minutes from the tennis courts, swimming pool, ice rink, and training facilities), the QC Spa Chamonix, play areas for children, and ski and mountain bike rentals right across from the building.

All amenities are located around the residence.

Shops, restaurants, bars, and the resort’s entertainment options are just a 2-minute walk away. There’s a bus stop right in front of the residence, and the Montenvers train station and the SNCF train station are a maximum 10-minute walk away. Private parking: A parking space is reserved for you in the residence’s underground garage, with direct and convenient access to the apartment via the elevator. Ski locker: A private locker is available for you to securely store your equipment when you return from the slopes.

Emplacement

A famous ski resort, Chamonix is renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. The capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than just a resort: its valley is home to 10 ski areas, an authentic and lively town center, and numerous activities are available in both winter and summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, a magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hikes to high-altitude lakes, mountain biking, and more). Other tourist attractions are also very popular: the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the legendary Vallée Blanche, invites you to enjoy a unique experience at an altitude of 3,800 meters, or the Montenvers Railway, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a 7.5-kilometer-long glacier valley. Spectacular landscapes can be discovered throughout the year.
