Discover this beautiful 40 m² apartment located on the ground floor in Monêtier-les-Bains, the ideal place for a functional and relaxing stay.

This bright accommodation will charm you with its breathtaking view, private terrace, and direct access to a semi-private garden within a quiet residence.

The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine. For your social evenings, a raclette machine and fondue set are also available, as well as all the practical necessities such as a washing machine, television, heating, and smoke detector.

For sleeping arrangements, you will have:
- one bedroom with one double bed (140x200 cm).
- another bedroom with one double bed (140x200 cm).
- another bedroom with one bunk bed (90x200 cm).

Sheets and towels are provided on request at an additional cost.

Please note that the accommodation does not have Wi-Fi, offering you a chance to completely disconnect.

When it comes to transportation, parking is easy, with the option of parking directly in front of the apartment or using the secure garage.

In terms of activities and amenities, you are ideally located a 5-minute driving from the Sherpa supermarket opposite the church and from the Blue Bird Cocktail Bar. Make the most of your stay by spending a relaxing day at the famous Monêtier baths or exploring the many walks and hikes accessible to all in summer and mid-season.

The accommodation is also close to renowned restaurants such as L'Eau Petit Pont, while Mountain View Base Camp is a 7-minute drive away and Le Stop is just 5 minutes away. The apartment is less than a 5-minute walk from the free shuttle bus stop (line 6: Briançon / Monetier les Bains - Les Guibertes stop), which takes you to the slopes of Monetier-les-Bains for free and in less than 10 minutes (3 stops in total) or Villeneuve (2 stops to the Le Bez ski lifts or 4 stops to the Aravet ski lifts), whichever you prefer!

Emplacement

On the edge of the Ecrins National Park, Monêtier les Bains is a commune of Serre-Chevalier, perfect for a breath of fresh air. It is a town rich in heritage, with its Notre-Dame de l'Assomption church, the church of Saint-Claude de Monêtiers-les-Bains, but also its Sacred Arts museum.

The apartment is located in the Oches district, in the area known as Les Guibertes, just outside Monetier-les-Bains towards La Salle les Alpes.
