Located on the ground floor of a quiet building, this bright apartment boasts a superb private terrace and unobstructed views—rare assets for fully enjoying your outdoor relaxation. The sleeping area comprises two comfortable bedrooms, each with a 140x190 cm double bed, ideally accommodating up to four people.

For your convenience, bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee, allowing you to travel light. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, refrigerator, and coffee maker, as well as a modern shower room, a washing machine, a television, and heating.

Please note that the apartment does not have Wi-Fi, ensuring a complete digital detox during your vacation.

The location is a major plus, as you'll be just a 6-minute walk from a Carrefour Express for your groceries and 7 minutes from the Alsacien Nantes supermarket. The neighborhood is full of great places to eat and drink, such as L'Ephémère restaurant, an 11-minute walk away, or Medusa bar and Le Lion et L'agneau, both just a 5-minute drive away.

The accommodation is strictly non-smoking and pet-friendly for family stays, but does not have private parking.
