The apartment is located near St Jean train station in the new Amédée St Germain district, close to all shops and very near the Atelier des Citernes. Open in spring 2024, the Atelier des Citernes is a former railway workshop transformed into a “living space” that is gradually becoming the heart of the neighborhood. It is an unusual, authentic, and welcoming space where local residents mingle with local workers, travelers, families, as well as music lovers and artists. You will find a central bar, an open stage where both amateur and professional groups perform, and caterers and restaurateurs from all over the world. Upstairs, there is a space where adults and children can fully express their creativity, organized by the Moon Creativ Workspace association...
