This 23 m² apartment has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people on the ground floor of a peaceful residence bordering a small enclosed garden. The accommodation has Wi-Fi.

The main sleeping area features a double bed with a 180x200 cm mattress located on a mezzanine accessible by stairs, offering a unique ambiance under a low ceiling.

For additional guests, the living room is equipped with a 140x200 cm sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

To make your stay easier, bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and everything you need to prepare your meals, while the shower room has hot water and heating.

The studio is ideally located, as you can reach the train station in just 15 minutes via bus line 5 or a 25-minute walk. Tram lines 2 and 3, located nearby, allow you to reach the historic center of Nantes in just two stops. You'll be a 15-minute walk or 5-minute bus ride from the Machines of the Isle, where the giant elephant, the carousel, and the lively atmosphere of the Hangar à Bananes await you.
