Located on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator, this light-filled living space features a private terrace with breathtaking views of the ski slopes.
The apartment is fully equipped with a complete kitchen including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and fondue and toasted sandwich makers for your mountain evenings. You'll also enjoy complete comfort thanks to the washing machine, dryer, iron, and towel warmer in the bathroom.
Sleeping arrangements are distributed across four bedrooms: three with 160x200cm double beds, one with four 90x200cm bunk beds, and a 140x200cm sofa bed in the living room. One bedroom has its own balcony, and another has a private toilet.
Linens and towels are provided for an additional fee to make your stay easier.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment so you can stay connected during your vacation.

Emplacement
A crossroads of five Alpine valleys, Briançon became a fortified town as early as the 14th century. A Dauphiné town and the site of important fairs, it was the capital of the Escartons. Situated at the convergence of five valleys—the Upper Durance, Guisane, Clarée, Ayes, and Cerveyrette—Briançon occupies a remarkable geographical position.
The radiating structure of these valleys provided the town with relatively easy access to the outside world from a very early stage: towards Provence, the Queyras, the Isère, the Drôme, and present-day Italy.
This dense network of communication routes long established Briançon as a crossroads, an important hub in the heart of the Alpine massif, offering ideal conditions for the movement of people, the transport of goods, and the exchange of cultures.
