This quiet and spacious apartment, located on the first floor with elevator access, features elegant parquet flooring, double glazing, and electric roller shutters, guaranteeing optimal comfort in every season.
You will enjoy superb natural light and a 9 m² balcony-terrace offering breathtaking views of the Pain de Sucre and Chapeau de Gendarme peaks.

The sleeping area comprises a welcoming bedroom with a bunk bed (two single beds measuring 90x190 cm) and a living room with a sofa bed (140x190 cm) to accommodate up to four people.

Please note that bed linen and towels can be provided upon request for an additional fee.

The apartment does not have Wi-Fi, allowing you to completely disconnect and enjoy the great outdoors.

In terms of amenities, everything is designed for your comfort, with a fully equipped kitchen including a ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and even a raclette grill for cozy mountain evenings. Sporting activities abound in the immediate vicinity, including skiing, hiking, paragliding, and mountain biking on the region's five legendary mountain passes, while the Italian border awaits you at the Col de Larche for a transalpine adventure.
