Located on the 4th floor of a secure building with an elevator, this bright apartment boasts a superb 8 m² terrace offering pleasant views, perfect for unwinding.

You'll find a welcoming living room to relax in after a day of exploring, a modern shower room, and a fully equipped kitchen including a coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and washing machine. For your convenience, an iron and hairdryer are also provided.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people thanks to its separate bedroom with a 140x190 cm double bed and additional sleeping options in the living room.

Bed linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee to make your arrival as easy as possible.

Please note that the apartment does not have Wi-Fi, allowing you to completely disconnect in the heart of the capital.

The location is exceptional, as the apartment is just a 1-minute walk from Montparnasse train station, making getting around Paris easy.

The neighborhood is extremely lively and offers numerous activities, including cinemas, local shops such as Monoprix, Lidl, and Leclerc, and a variety of restaurants, notably Paris Bogota, which is a 3-minute walk away.

Emplacement

The 15th arrondissement is a pleasant and very lively district. It offers access to many monuments of Paris (Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Ecole Militaire, Place of Trocadero), and is not far from stations (Montparnasse, St lazare) or park (Breteuil, Champs de Mars, Trocadéro, André Citröen).
Very commercial, it has its own shopping center with Beaugrenelle, its streets full of shops as the street of commerce. This neighbourhood is a great location, thanks to its relaxed atmosphere and its security.
