This beautiful studio in La Rochelle is ideal for a couple's getaway, whether for a holiday or a business trip. Located on the ground floor of a very quiet building, this 20 m² apartment offers a peaceful setting while remaining close to the vibrant energy of La Rochelle. Its prime location allows you to reach the city center and the Old Port in just a 15-minute walk.

The living space has been optimized for your comfort and transforms into a welcoming sleeping area thanks to a quality sofa bed, perfect for two guests.

Linens and towels are provided for an additional fee.

For your convenience, you will have a functional bathroom and a kitchenette equipped with a microwave and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine for gentle mornings. A fan is also available for cooler days.

Please note that the apartment does not have Wi-Fi. Furthermore, pets are not allowed, and we kindly ask that you refrain from using bleach for cleaning.

You can enjoy a pleasant terrace, a real asset for relaxing outdoors or enjoying your coffee in the fresh air.

For your convenience, private parking is available. Your parking space is number 13, with an entrance on Rue Berlioz.
