This beautiful 36 m² apartment in Le Pouliguen is the ideal place for a functional and relaxing stay.

Nestled on the first floor of a high-end building without an elevator, this bright apartment will charm you with its unobstructed view and large balcony furnished with a table, four chairs, and an electric griddle for your summer evenings.

The sleeping area consists of a first bedroom with a 140x200 cm double bed and a second bedroom upstairs in a 20 m² duplex, also with two 140x200 cm double beds, accommodating up to four people.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned and perfectly equipped with a kitchen including a coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator, and washing machine, as well as a television, iron and ironing board, and hairdryer.

Private parking is included, and free public parking is located just 50 meters away for your convenience.

Bed linen and towels are provided upon request for an additional fee.

The accommodation has Wi-Fi access so you can stay connected during your holiday.
