This charming chalet in La Clusaz is ideal for families and groups of friends looking for authenticity, peace and comfort. Set in the former family farmhouse, this 70 m² ski-in/ski-out apartment offers a warm and functional atmosphere, as well as a beautiful open view of the Aravis mountain range. It includes:

- 1 bedroom with a 160x200 double bed

- 1 bedroom with a 140x190 double bed

- 1 bedroom with two sets of 90x190 bunk beds (4 beds)

- A living room with access to the balcony

- A small renovated kitchen

- A small shower room adjoining the kitchen. Please note that the shower room is compact and there is only one small washbasin.

The accommodation is equipped to make your stay practical and pleasant: oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, raclette machine, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and television.

Parking

Parking is available in front of the chalet and is shared with the family apartment located above.

Its ski area is spread over 4 massifs (Balme, Aiguille, Etale and Beauregard), so you can wander around according to your desires, skiing or snowboarding in winter, but also walking or cycling in summer.
