Located within the Les Balcons de L’Aiguille residence, it can accommodate up to 4 guests and offers a prime location facing Mont Blanc, right next to the slopes.
With its well-designed 37 m² and 3 rooms, it's the perfect base for enjoying the St. Gervais - Megève ski area.

The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed and direct access to the balcony, perfect for a relaxing start to the day. A separate sleeping area includes a bunk bed with two single beds, ideal for children or friends. Every space has been designed to ensure rest and privacy after a day in the mountains.

Linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The apartment offers two bathrooms: one with a shower, sink, and toilet, and an additional bathroom with a sink, toilet, and washing machine—a real bonus for longer stays. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and raclette and fondue sets for convivial gatherings. An iron and hairdryer are also provided. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

Pets are not allowed.

You can enjoy two balconies with views of Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi, perfect for enjoying breakfast in the sun. A ski room with two private lockers is located on the ground floor, ideal for storing your equipment securely.

Free public parking is available at the foot of the building, making your arrival and travel throughout your stay convenient.

Ideally located, the apartment is just 150 meters from the Chattrix 6-seater detachable chairlift, offering direct access to the 400 km of slopes in the St. Gervais - Megève ski area. A free shuttle bus runs seasonally from the foot of the residence, providing easy access to the villages of Saint Nicolas de Véroce, Le Bettex, and Saint Gervais les Bains. A ski rental chalet is also located nearby.

Transports

A free shuttle bus runs during the season towards the village of Saint Nicolas, then up to Le Bettex, and back down to Saint Gervais les Bains.
The stop is at the foot of the residence on the road to Saint Nicolas, very close to the ski rental chalet.
