This beautiful studio apartment in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains is ideal for a mountain getaway with family or friends. Rated 2 stars for furnished tourist accommodation, it can sleep up to 4 guests in a comfortable and functional setting. Located just 150 meters from the Chattrix chairlift in the Evasion Mont-Blanc ski area, it boasts a prime location to fully enjoy your stay.

For sleeping, the apartment offers several well-arranged spaces. On the mezzanine, you'll find a double bed (140x190 cm) and a single pull-out bed (80x190 cm).
In the living area, the lounge easily converts into a sleeping space thanks to a sofa bed (140x190 cm). A sleeping alcove also features a single bed (80x190 cm), and a cabin area at the entrance offers an additional single bed. A comfortable folding baby cot is also available.

Linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The accommodation has a separate bathroom and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped for your meals with a multi-function oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, and Senseo machine. For convivial moments, you will also enjoy a raclette grill, a waffle maker, a crepe maker, and a pressure cooker. A washing machine is available, ideal for longer stays.

A flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi are also included.

Pets are not allowed.

You can enjoy a balcony with views of the Aiguille du Midi and the Mont Blanc mountain range, perfect for taking in the mountain surroundings.

Public parking is available near the accommodation, making parking easy during your stay.
