Perched on the 6th floor, this 35 m² haven benefits from a unique dual aspect: you can enjoy breakfast in the sun on the balcony in the morning, while the living room is bathed in light in the afternoon, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing read.

For your nights, the apartment offers comfortable and well-designed spaces.
The separate bedroom features a double bed (140x190 cm), while the living room can be converted into a sleeping area thanks to its sofa bed (140x190 cm).
For your convenience, the bedroom has bedside lamps with integrated USB ports for easy charging of your devices (the left-hand lamp is recommended for easier switching off).

Linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

In terms of amenities, this apartment features a functional bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, and classic Nespresso coffee machine, perfect for preparing meals. A washing machine is a real bonus for longer stays.
