With its capacity to accommodate 6 people and its generous living space of 110 m², it offers a privileged setting and all the necessary comforts for a relaxing stay close to the treasures of Charente-Maritime.

For your comfort, the house has three carefully prepared bedrooms.

The master bedroom has a 160x190 cm double bed for optimal comfort.

The two other bedrooms each have a 140x160 cm double bed, providing a comfortable sleeping space for each guest.

Bed linen and towels are provided for an additional fee.

The house is fully equipped to guarantee your complete independence. You will enjoy a functional bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen including an oven, microwave, and dishwasher. For your convenience, a Nespresso coffee machine, iron, and hairdryer are also available. A washing machine and dryer are also available, a real plus for longer stays.

Please note that pets are not allowed and the house has Wi-Fi.
