Completely renovated, this 85 m² property offers generous space and can accommodate up to 8 guests, allowing everyone to stay together in the heart of Nîmes’ vibrant city life.

The sleeping area consists of four pleasant bedrooms, ensuring both comfort and privacy. The first bedroom has its own private bathroom for added convenience, while the three others each feature a double bed (140x190). For optimal comfort, each bedroom is equipped with reversible air conditioning.

Bed linen and towels are provided at an additional cost.

The property is fully equipped to ensure complete independence during your stay: two bathrooms, a modern kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine, as well as a washing machine—ideal for longer stays. Wi-Fi is also available.

Pets are not allowed.

For parking, several public car parks are located nearby, allowing you to easily explore the city on foot.
