Located in the heart of a superb, fully enclosed 17,000 m² property adorned with an olive grove, this villa offers an exceptional living environment. You will share unique moments around the boule court, the trampoline, or the ping-pong table at your disposal.

The sleeping area is perfectly arranged for everyone’s comfort. The first bedroom, mainly dedicated to children, has 2 bunk beds as well as two 90x190 single beds. A relaxation area with a television is also available, along with a bathroom with toilet.
The second bedroom includes a 140x190 double bed and has access to a bathroom shared with the third bedroom, which also has a 140x190 double bed.
Finally, the master suite has a large 160x190 double bed, as well as a private bathroom with toilet.

For your comfort, the villa features 3 bathrooms. You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher to easily prepare your meals.
