This beautiful house in Nice is ideal for a stay with family or friends. With its 240 m², it can accommodate up to 10 guests in an exceptional setting offering views of both the sea and the mountains. You will enjoy a games room, a pétanque court, a fitness room, a private swimming pool and parking for several cars, for a stay combining relaxation and conviviality.

In terms of sleeping arrangements, the house offers several comfortable bedrooms, making it easy to accommodate family and friends. The master bedroom is equipped with a King-size double bed measuring 180 × 200 cm. Two other bedrooms each have a 160 × 200 cm double bed. An additional bedroom is fitted with two single beds that can be joined together to form a double bed, depending on your needs. The children’s games room can also be used as a sleeping area thanks to a 140 × 200 cm convertible sofa bed, ideal for accommodating additional guests.

The house includes 3 bathrooms, providing comfort and convenience for groups. You will also benefit from a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. A washing machine is also available, as well as an iron and two hairdryers. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning, a real advantage during the summer months. Pets are not allowed.

Outside, you will appreciate the various areas designed to enjoy the pleasant climate of the region: a terrace, a garden, a barbecue and also a pétanque court, perfect for sharing convivial moments outdoors.

The private swimming pool, open from June to October, will allow you to cool off and fully enjoy sunny days in complete peace and quiet.

Private parking is available in the courtyard and in front of the house, with access via remote control, making it easy to park several vehicles.
