This well-designed studio offers a surface area of 22 m² and is located on the ground floor of a residence. It features a particularly appreciated asset: a private terrace, perfect for enjoying outdoor moments.

For sleeping arrangements, you will find a double bed (140 x 190 cm) on a mezzanine, as well as a two-seater sofa bed that can comfortably accommodate up to four guests. Bed linen and towels are available for an additional fee, ensuring a stress-free stay.

The studio includes a functional bathroom as well as a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, a microwave, and a washing machine, making it ideal for longer stays. You will also have access to a coffee machine, a television, and a smoke detector for a comfortable and safe experience. Please note that the accommodation does not have Wi-Fi.
