This beautiful apartment in La Teste-de-Buch is perfect for a comfortable and relaxing stay. With 24 square meters of living space and located on the second floor of a building with an elevator, it will charm you with its view of the forest and its lovely balcony, where you can unwind outdoors after a day of exploring.

The living room converts into a comfortable sleeping area for up to two people thanks to its sofa bed. For your convenience, please note that sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The apartment features a shower room and a fully equipped kitchen. For meal preparation and your daily comfort, you’ll have access to a variety of high-quality appliances, including a coffee maker, oven, microwave, refrigerator, a TV for your downtime, and a hair dryer. Wi-Fi is also available.

A private balcony is at your disposal to enjoy the fresh air and the relaxing view of the forest.

For parking, you can use the residence’s parking lot located right in front of the building. The parking lot is closed from 10 PM to 6 AM, and you’ll need to use your key card to open the gate outside of these hours. The entire parking lot and the residence’s hallways are under video surveillance, and a security guard is on site.

The property’s location allows you to enjoy wonderful activities in the region. You’ll be ideally situated to drive to the majestic Dune du Pilat in just 13 minutes, as well as the magnificent ocean beaches of Petit Nice (16 minutes away) and La Salie (28 minutes away).
For groceries and everyday shopping, a Leclerc supermarket is just a 5-minute drive away.
Additionally, tennis courts are available within the residence; simply request access from the All Suits hotel, which manages access.
As a guest of our establishment, you also enjoy a 10% discount at the PAPATO restaurant adjacent to the All Suits hotel located right next door, as well as special access to the happy hour offered there.
