This beautiful apartment in Briançon is ideal for a holiday with family or friends. Located on the heights of the town, this duplex offers a pleasant setting with a magnificent view of the Vauban fortifications and the old town of Briançon. With a floor area of 95 m², 76 m² under the Carrez law, and a 20 m² terrace, it can accommodate up to 8 guests and is an excellent starting point to enjoy the Serre Chevalier ski area, accessible in just a few minutes.
In terms of sleeping arrangements, the accommodation is perfectly laid out to comfortably welcome everyone. The first bedroom has a double bed (140x190). Two other bedrooms are each equipped with two single beds (70x190), ideal for children or friends. Finally, on the mezzanine, an additional sleeping area is available thanks to a BZ sofa bed (140x190), allowing for a total capacity of 8 guests.
Bed linen and towels are available for an additional fee.
The accommodation has two bathrooms and two toilets, offering comfort and convenience for groups.
You will also enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso and filter coffee machines, and a raclette machine, perfect for friendly meals after a day in the mountains.
