This beautiful home in Cervières is ideal for families or groups of friends looking to enjoy a peaceful mountain getaway. Located in the heart of the village, the house offers lovely views of the surrounding mountains and the old village, in a calm and friendly setting. Hiking enthusiasts, cyclists, and cross-country skiers will appreciate its prime location with direct access to trails and slopes.

The master bedroom features a 140x200 double bed with a 240x220 duvet, perfect for restful nights after a day outdoors. The guest bedroom offers a 160x200 bed with a 240x220 duvet, while the children's room is equipped with a 90x200 bunk bed and a 60x120 baby crib, ideal for younger guests.

Bed linen and towels are available upon request for an additional fee.

The house includes a functional bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, raclette machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hand blender, fondue set, kitchen scale, and baby equipment (high chair, changing table, and baby bathtub). Guests also benefit from Wi-Fi, a television, a smoke detector, and a carbon monoxide detector. A washing machine is also available, which is especially convenient for longer stays.

Pets are allowed outdoors only (kennel available), but are not permitted inside the house.

The outdoor area is perfect for relaxing, with a garden, barbecue, a large teak dining table for outdoor meals, a side table for coffee breaks, two sun loungers, and a parasol. The garage is equipped with a bike rack (6 spaces) and pétanque equipment for enjoyable moments after your activities.

Parking is easy with three private spaces in front of the house, as well as a free public parking area located just opposite the property.

The surrounding area offers a wide range of activities: hiking, cross-country skiing, ski touring, and cycling. The Col de l’Izoard, the Vallée des Fonds, and Briançon (just 10 to 15 minutes away) are easily accessible, as well as the Serre Chevalier valley (20 minutes) and Névache (25 minutes).

Please note: the house is located near the road leading to the Col de l’Izoard, which may result in occasional motorcycle traffic, particularly during the summer season. However, this remains moderate and does not detract from the peaceful atmosphere of the property.

The village of Cervières is an authentic Alpine gem, nestled on the Izoard Pass. It boasts a pristine natural environment, ideal for hiking, cross-country skiing, and cycling. Several traditional restaurants are located nearby: Le Petit Cerf in Cervières, L’Auberge de l’Arpelin in Le Laus, Le Refuge de Napoléon at the Izoard Pass, and La Taque and Le Refuge des Fonds in the valley of the same name. Briançon, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is just a short drive away and offers shops, cultural attractions, and a variety of mountain activities.

Transports

Cervières is about a 15-minute drive from Briançon, where the nearest SNCF train station is located, served by regional and interregional trains.

From Briançon, you can take the D902 towards the Col de l'Izoard to easily reach the village.

Turin Airport is about a two-hour drive away, and Grenoble Airport is about two and a half hours away.
