Located on the 2nd floor without an elevator, it can accommodate up to 4 guests within a functional 35 m² space. Its central location, with a window overlooking Rue Marchandes, places you right in the heart of the city’s vibrant atmosphere.

The main bedroom features a comfortable double bed (140x200), perfect for restful nights. In the living room, a sofa bed (140x200) allows two additional guests to stay comfortably and easily transforms the living space into a sleeping area. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

You will have access to one bathroom, as well as a kitchen equipped with an Air Fryer, making meal preparation easy and convenient. A fan is also available for your comfort. Please note: the apartment does not have WiFi. Pets are not allowed.

For parking, public parking is available nearby, and a paid private parking option is also accessible for added convenience.
