This beautiful house in Salles-sur-Mer is perfect for a relaxing getaway with family or friends on the Charente-Maritime coast. Covering 120 m², this single-storey detached home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. From the moment you arrive, you'll be charmed by the spacious and light-filled living area of over 50 m². Featuring high ceilings and a stunning cathedral ceiling, the living room opens directly onto the south-facing garden and private pool area, creating the perfect setting to enjoy sunny days together.

The sleeping area includes three comfortable bedrooms. The first bedroom features a 160x190 cm double bed, ideal for a couple. The second bedroom is perfect for children or friends, with bunk beds consisting of two 90x200 cm single beds, one of which is positioned at floor level. The third bedroom offers a 90x200 cm single bed. For additional flexibility, the living room also includes a very comfortable 160x190 cm sofa bed. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The house features a modern shower room and two separate toilets. The fully equipped independent kitchen includes a dining area, an oven, a dishwasher, and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. For your convenience, a washing machine and hairdryer are also provided, making the house ideal for longer stays. The property is fully air-conditioned to ensure maximum comfort during the summer months. Please note that Wi-Fi is not available, and pets are not allowed.

Outside, you'll enjoy a lovely enclosed garden and a furnished terrace, perfect for relaxing, having breakfast in the sunshine, or dining outdoors. The highlight of the outdoor space is the private saltwater swimming pool of approximately 10 m², open every year from May through September, offering wonderful opportunities to cool off and unwind. During periods of very hot weather, we kindly ask guests to check the pool's water level once a week and top it up if necessary to ensure the filtration system functions properly. We also appreciate being informed of any damage or maintenance issues noticed during your stay.

A private parking space is available at the entrance of the property and can accommodate one vehicle, up to the size of a Hyundai Ioniq 5, with access through the entrance gate. Free public parking is also available nearby, with additional spaces located approximately 10 metres from the house.

Ideally located between the countryside and the coast, the house is just a few minutes from Châtelaillon-Plage, where you can enjoy its long sandy beach, lively seafront, and excellent restaurants. The beautiful city of La Rochelle is only around 15 minutes away by car, giving you easy access to its historic Old Port, medieval towers, famous aquarium, and vibrant summer atmosphere. Nature lovers will enjoy walking and cycling between Salles-sur-Mer, Châtelaillon-Plage, and the surrounding coastline. Be sure to visit the charming oyster-farming village of Les Boucholeurs to sample fresh local oysters, or plan day trips to Île de Ré, Île d'Aix, or the Fouras Peninsula.
