Charming apartment of 35m2, located on the 3rd floor of a building without elevator.

The living room offers all the necessary comforts and a sofa bed able to accommodate two people.
The kitchen is equipped for your comfort, and the bedroom offers storage space as well as a queen-size bed.
The bathroom is very nice.

Emplacement

The 18th arrondissement is in the north of Paris and includes the districts of La Goutte d'Or and Montmartre. Montmartre is one of the highest mounds in Paris and the view of the summit is amazing. Montmartre became the neighborhood of many artists like Picasso, Dali, Duchamp, Toulouse-Lautrec and many others. The 18th arrondissement is therefore very contrasted, integrating ethnic blocks with a bourgeois sector or the opposite. Boulevard de Clichy, near Place Pigalle, has many nice cafes and bars, giving the neighborhood a certain dynamism and respectability.
