This charming Provençal house, located in a quiet area of Les Issambres and equipped with air conditioning, is ideal for a vacation with family or friends.

The living areas—kitchen, dining room, living room opening onto a terrace, and library—are centered between the two sleeping areas spread over two levels, each with two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.

Three bedrooms feature double beds: two 160 x 200 beds and one 140 x 200 bed, perfect for restful nights.
A bedroom designed for children features a bunk bed with one 120 x 200 bed and one 90 x 200 bed, as well as a 90 x 200 pull-out bed for even more flexibility. Finally, the library offers an additional 140 x 190 sofa bed, allowing you to create an extra sleeping area.

Sheets and towels are provided and included in the cleaning fee to make your stay hassle-free.

Pets are not allowed in the house.

The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped for preparing and enjoying your meals on-site, featuring a full-size refrigerator with a freezer, an oven, a microwave, a 5-burner gas stove, and a dishwasher.

The accommodation is located in Roquebrune sur Argens, in the Issambres sector, close to Issambres beach and its seaside restaurants. This seaside area offers privileged access to the coast and is an excellent starting point for discovering Sainte-Maxime, the medieval village of Roquebrune sur Argens and the Esterel coast. The surrounding area also includes a commercial area on the Puget sur Argens side. In season, shuttle boats from Les Issambres allow you to quickly reach Saint-Tropez, to enjoy both the charm of the Var villages and the liveliness of the Côte d'Azur.
