Welcome to this charming 16 m² Parisian studio, designed to make the most of every square meter! Located on the first level (accessible only by stairs), this functional space is perfect as a pied-à-terre for a stay in the heart of the city.
The interior layout:
Sleeping area: Equipped with a double bed for restful nights.
Living area: A cozy little living room to unwind at the end of the day and a fully equipped kitchenette for preparing snacks.
Bathroom: A very intimate and functional bathroom. Please note: Since the space around the sink is rather limited, you’re welcome to use the kitchen sink, located just a few steps away, if you prefer more room.
What’s provided:
High-speed internet, TV, coffee maker, microwave, heating, ventilation system, hair dryer, and hot water. Linens (bath towels and bedding) are fully provided as part of the cleaning service.

This is a small 16 m² apartment. Although it sleeps two, the layout is very compact. We recommend that couples pack light and consider this apartment a convenient base for exploring the city.

Emplacement
The 9th arrondissement of Paris is a rather pleasant area to visit and to live. Shopping and leisure district, if it is a little less frequented than the Halles, thanks to a more mature and diversified population. Stylish shops but with affordable prices, restaurants and theaters everywhere, its neighborhoods nevertheless stand out from each other.
The south of the neighbourhood is dynamic and lively, and is the territory of the Grands-Boulevards and the Opéra Garnier. The 9th arrondissement also hosts beautiful architecture, courtyards and hidden streets. The north takes you to Montmartre through the famous Pigalle.
