Located on the 1st floor without elevator, this well-designed apartment includes:
A sleeping area with a comfortable double bed;
A kitchen area for preparing meals;
A living area where you can relax after a day of sightseeing;
A compact and space-optimized bathroom. Due to its very tight layout, accessing the sink may be narrow for some guests. For extra comfort, the kitchen sink is nearby and fully accessible.

Amenities included: High-speed Wi-Fi, TV, coffee maker, microwave, heating, fan, hair dryer, and hot water. High-quality sheets and towels are provided and included in the cleaning fee.

⚠️ PLEASE NOTE :
This studio is a very compact, cozy 16 m² (170 sq ft) space. It can accommodate up to 2 guests, but space is limited. For a comfortable stay for two, we recommend traveling light and keeping in mind that this is a minimalist accommodation, ideal as a base for your trip.

An ideal location in Paris:
Metro Line 7 just 250 m away, making it easy to get around the capital;
Cocci Market supermarket right at the building’s doorstep (1-minute walk) and numerous restaurants nearby;
Places to visit on foot: The famous À la Mère de Famille chocolate shop (1 min), the Musée Grévin (5 min), and the Porte Saint-Denis (14 min).

Emplacement

The 9th arrondissement of Paris is a rather pleasant area to visit and to live. Shopping and leisure district, if it is a little less frequented than the Halles, thanks to a more mature and diversified population. Stylish shops but with affordable prices, restaurants and theaters everywhere, its neighborhoods nevertheless stand out from each other.
The south of the neighbourhood is dynamic and lively, and is the territory of the Grands-Boulevards and the Opéra Garnier. The 9th arrondissement also hosts beautiful architecture, courtyards and hidden streets. The north takes you to Montmartre through the famous Pigalle.
