This 70 m² house, completely renovated in 2026, is located in the heart of the city center, in a very quiet neighborhood, just a 3-minute walk from the beach, 5 minutes from the train station, and 5 minutes from the market and shops. It offers a pleasant setting to fully enjoy the Arcachon Bay.

The house comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests in two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a 160x200 cm double bed, perfect for restful nights. The second bedroom also has a 160x200 cm double bed, ideal for another couple, friends, or children. Linens and towels are provided and included in the cleaning fee, allowing you to travel light.
You will enjoy two bathrooms for added comfort. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster for easy meal preparation. A washing machine and dryer are available, a real plus for longer stays. For added convenience, the house also offers a coffee maker, an iron, a television with Canal+, and a fan.
