This beautiful vacation rental in Gujan-Mestras is ideal for a vacation with family or friends in the Arcachon Basin. In this spacious home, which can accommodate up to 12 guests, everyone can enjoy plenty of living space and several bathrooms for a comfortable stay. You’ll especially appreciate the view of the basin from the upstairs terrace, as well as the location just a short walk from the coast and the ports of Gujan.

The sleeping areas are designed to comfortably accommodate families and groups of friends. Upstairs, you’ll find two double bedrooms, each equipped with a 160x200 cm bed and featuring their own private bathroom and toilet. A third bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, complete with a bathroom and toilet, is also accessible off the landing.
On the ground floor, two additional bedrooms provide further sleeping accommodations: one has two 90x200 cm single beds, while the other is equipped with four 90x200 cm single beds, arranged in two bunk beds.
Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee, so you can fully enjoy your stay from the moment you arrive.

The house has four bathrooms, which makes it much easier for large families or groups to get organized. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a coffee maker—ideal for easily preparing meals throughout your stay. You’ll also find a washer and dryer—very convenient for longer stays—as well as an iron. For your downtime, a TV is available. Wi-Fi covers the entire property, so you can stay connected, work remotely, or plan your activities on-site. The house is also equipped with a smoke detector.
