Welcome to this magnificent 140 m² house in Hyères, designed to offer you a functional yet deeply relaxing stay on the Mediterranean coast. This spacious and bright property is ideally configured to accommodate up to 12 guests seeking comfort and conviviality.

The accommodation is located on the ground floor of a quiet building. The sleeping area comprises five tastefully furnished bedrooms and two bathrooms to ensure your privacy.

The first bedroom has a double bed (140x200 cm).
The second bedroom offers two single beds (80x200 cm).
The third bedroom is equipped with four single beds (90x200 cm).
The fourth bedroom contains a double bed (140x200 cm).

The fifth bedroom also offers a double bed (140x200 cm).

For your complete comfort, linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The accommodation has Wi-Fi to keep you connected during your holiday.

You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, and coffee maker, as well as two modern bathrooms. You can reach the Tour Fondue pier in 10 minutes by car to visit Porquerolles, or explore the old town of Hyères, a 20-minute drive away. In the village of Giens, you'll find numerous restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlors, and a pharmacy within walking distance.
