Discover this superb, bright 32 m² apartment in Hyères, the perfect place to combine relaxation and exploration during a stay that can accommodate up to 4 people.

Nestled on the second floor of a secure building with an elevator, this apartment features a private balcony offering unobstructed views and beautiful natural light throughout the day.
For your nights, you'll enjoy a separate bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed, as well as a 140x190 cm sofa bed in the living room for relaxing after your excursions.

Please note that bed linen and towels are provided upon request for an additional fee.

The apartment does not have Wi-Fi, allowing you to completely disconnect and fully enjoy your vacation.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker, complemented by a functional shower room and a washing machine for your convenience.

For leisure, you'll have access to the residence's shared swimming pool, open from May 15th to October 1st, from 9 am to 9 pm, as well as a private tennis court for your sporting activities.

Parking is easy thanks to a parking space provided within the residence.

The location is ideal, as you can reach the historic center in just a 7-minute walk and the famous La Tropézienne bakery in 2 minutes.
For getting around, the apartment is a 10-minute drive from the large Almanarre beach and the port of Hyères, while the airport is a 12-minute drive away.
