This beautiful studio in Hyères les Palmiers is ideal for a relaxing getaway on the Var Riviera.
Located on the first floor of Villa Beauregard, this spacious and bright living area, thanks to its south-facing aspect, offers all the necessary comforts.

You'll find a functional kitchenette, a convenient wardrobe for your belongings, and a bathroom with a toilet.

For your comfort at night, the apartment features double curtains, eliminating the need to operate the large, old-fashioned shutters.

The sleeping area, cleverly integrated into the main room, can accommodate up to four guests. You'll have a comfortable 160x190 cm double bed for restful nights, while the 140x190 cm sofa bed easily accommodates one or two additional people.

Linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

In terms of amenities, everything has been designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible: a Nespresso coffee machine for gentle mornings, a microwave, an iron, and a hairdryer are at your disposal.

You will also enjoy Wi-Fi access to stay connected and air conditioning, a real plus for the sunny days in the region.

Please note that pets are not allowed on the premises.
