Located in a peaceful residence surrounded by a large landscaped park, it offers a quiet setting while remaining close to the beaches of La Madrague, L'Almanarre, and La Badine. The studio is ideal for couples, small families, or friends wishing to explore the Giens Peninsula and its beautiful surroundings.

The mezzanine features a comfortable 160 × 200 cm double bed, perfect for a restful night's sleep. The living room can easily be converted into a sleeping area thanks to a 140 × 200 cm sofa bed, accommodating a third guest. Bed linen and towels are available as an optional extra for an additional fee.

The apartment includes a functional bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric kettle, toaster, blender, and hand mixer. You'll also have access to a coffee machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, TV, and a reversible fan. It is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility or young children due to the presence of a steep alternating-tread staircase leading to the mezzanine, the mezzanine's sloping ceiling with limited headroom (maximum height: 1.85 m / 6 ft 1 in), and windows that require particular care. No child safety equipment is provided.
